Freehold Township PBA Clambake Event Recap

The Freehold Township PBA 209 39th Annual Clambake brought together local residents, supporters, sponsors, members of law enforcement, and friends of the community for another memorable day in Freehold, New Jersey. This year’s event also introduced a new venue, giving everyone a fresh setting to enjoy the tradition while still keeping the same strong sense of community that has made the Clambake such a long-running success.

Mirrored Memories was excited to be back for our seventh year at the event. This time, we gave guests two different ways to capture the day: our 360 Booth and our instant event photography experience. Both added something different to the Clambake, from high-energy video moments to photos guests could receive almost immediately after they were taken.

Seven Years of Capturing the Freehold PBA Clambake

Group at the Freehold PBA Clambake

Being part of the Freehold Township PBA Clambake for seven years has given us the chance to see familiar faces, meet new people, and capture a different set of memories every time we come back.

There is always a lot happening throughout the day, but what stands out most is the turnout. The Clambake brings together people from across the Freehold community to spend time with one another while supporting Freehold Township PBA 209 and the local police department.

Events like this do not happen without the work of organizers, volunteers, sponsors, and everyone who shows up to support them. We were proud to once again be one small part of an event that continues to bring so many people together.

Two Ways Guests Captured the Day

Rather than offering just one photo experience, we brought two options to the Clambake this year. Guests could stop for a quick photo as they moved through the event or jump into the 360 Booth for something a little more interactive.

Instant Event Photography

Throughout the Clambake, we photographed individuals, couples, and groups as they enjoyed the event. One of the best parts was seeing guests realize they did not have to wait days to get their pictures.

Photos could be delivered directly to guests shortly after they were captured, making the sharing experience part of the event itself. That immediate reaction—taking the photo, receiving it, and being able to share it right away—was one of our favorite parts of the day.

This style of photography works especially well for an event like the Clambake because it does not require everyone to stop what they are doing for a formal photo session. We can capture people naturally throughout the event while still giving them a polished photo to keep.

The finished images also featured custom 39th Annual Clambake branding, helping turn each photo into a recognizable keepsake from the event rather than just another picture from the weekend.

The 360 Booth

The 360 Booth brought a completely different kind of energy to the event.

Guests could step onto the platform individually or with friends and create short video moments instead of traditional still photos. It quickly became a popular stop throughout the Clambake, with groups jumping in together and making each session their own.

That group participation was a perfect fit for the atmosphere of the day. The Clambake is a social event at its core, and the 360 Booth gave people another reason to gather together, have some fun, and leave with something they could watch and share afterward.

A Community Event Worth Remembering

Friends at the Freehold Township PBA Clambake

What made the Clambake stand out was not just the size of the crowd, but the mix of people who came together throughout the day. Friends, families, officers, supporters, and members of the Freehold community were all part of the same event, and that came through clearly in the photos.

The bright pink Clambake shirts also gave the day a look of its own. With so many attendees wearing them, the event had an instantly recognizable visual identity from one photo to the next. Credit also goes to Sector 99 Apparel for putting together the shirts again this year.

That kind of consistency matters when documenting an event. Instead of ending up with a collection of generic party photos, the custom branding and event details make each image feel tied to the 39th Annual Clambake. The mix of candid moments and posed group photos captured what the event was really about: people spending time together, enjoying the day, and supporting the local community.

Thank You to Freehold Township PBA 209

A big thank you to Freehold Township PBA 209 for having Mirrored Memories back for another year. We are grateful to everyone who helped organize the event, supported it, sponsored it, and came out to be part of the day.

We also want to thank the Freehold Township Police Department for the work they do in the community throughout the year.

After seven years of being part of the Clambake, it is an event we always look forward to. We are already excited to see everyone again next year.

Guests at the Freehold PBA Clambake

The Clambake was a great example of how two different photo experiences can work together at the same event. Instant event photography gave guests polished photos they could receive right away, while the 360 Booth added a more interactive, high-energy option for groups looking to have some fun.

Mirrored Memories works with community organizations, businesses, fundraisers, weddings, private celebrations, and other events throughout New Jersey.
